LCD Projectors
Liquid crystal display or LCD projectors are the modern versions of the overhead and slide projectors. This type of projector is basically the advanced model of the old projectors, designed using a combination of LCD panels. To project an image onto a screen, an LCD projector uses a halogen lamp. The light is directed through three LCD panels, which then focus the image on the projection screen.

Unlike the bulky overhead and slide projector, the LCD projector does not use slides or transparencies as image input. Rather, it projects images with the help of a DVD, a VCR or a personal computer. Being lightweight and smaller in size, the LCD projector can be basically used anywhere and on different surfaces. It is produces great quality images in full range of colours.
